“Homophobic and transphobic “locker room talk” sends the message to LGBTQ athletes that they aren’t safe or supported in sports. I want to be a part of stopping this behavior in its tracks. By speaking out as an Athlete Ally Ambassador, I hope to help bring about the change I want to see, and make equality possible for all LGBTQ people.”
